Process of Interview
Selection of any candidate is purely depended on their performance in the interview process. Generally, there are three stages in the interview process which are as follows.

Open Positions
Full-Stack Developer
- Proficient full-stack web developer with experience in building large-scale applications.
- Knowledge/Work experience in front-end languages and libraries(eg HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge/Work experience in back-end languages.
- JavaScript framework Node.js, Angular, React, Express.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/BitBucket.
- Familiarity with databases(e.g. MySQL, MongoDB good to have) and UI/UX design.
- Cloud Deployments, Rest API.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications.
- Work with clients, data scientists, and analysts to improve the software.
Mobile App Developer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project specifications.
- Design and develop mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using programming languages such as Java (for Android) and Swift/Objective-C (for iOS).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interface designs.
- Optimize mobile applications for maximum speed, security, and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a hybrid SDK environment.
- Understanding of UX/UI designs and mobile prototypes must.
- Relevant working experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a big plus.
- Knowledge of cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is a plus.
Frontend Developer
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web applications.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS.
- Knowledge of Python and front-end languages such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Backend Developer
- Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
- Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
- Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
- Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
- Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
- Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
- Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
- Experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Experience with testing platforms and writing unit tests.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
- Proficiency in Software Development methodologies, delivery frameworks.
Project Manager
- Develop detailed project plans, including task assignments, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources as necessary.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct project meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure timely resolution of project-related problems.

- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within the agreed-upon scope, budget, and timeline.
WordPress Developer
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast page load times and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and security.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, techniques, and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of the WordPress CMS, including themes, plugins, and its underlying architecture.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to WordPress websites.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
